7 Fore C is headed by Bert Blommensteijn, born in the Netherlands in 1957.

After his BBE (Bachelor Built and  Environment) degree and several subjects of MRE (Master Real Estate), he specialised himself in various subjects  of which real estate, technique, finance and interim-management are the most important.

He started as employee at several real estate agencies. In the mid nineties he started his own company by offering management-consultancy to real estate companies.

Next was the decision to offer his expertise and knowledge about scenario calculation based on numbers of sequence. This knowledge is too valuable to solely apply it to the real estate market.
